OMG, first we have JC haters who call him "gay" as an insult, then we have
those we say he "rode the short bus to school" and now apparently you're
using the suppositition that he's single as an insult?! I'm single, there
are lots of single people here, there's nothing wrong with it.

I can only assume that you are single, which would surprise nobody here.

Hey all,

I just rejoined this newsgroup after about a year because I wanted

to
start
atkins again. I realize now the reason that I stopped: time. It's

so
much
easier to just grab a bowl of cereal of make a sandwich than to do
something
atkins-friendly. Some people would debate that, but that's not what
this
message is for.

I would like to know if anyone has any really quick recipes for
breakfest
and lunch. Dinner is not a problem. I know that I have really poor
time
management skills. Something quick and easy to make would be great.

Thanks.

Quit being fat? Well, now, you've figured out the reason I came here in the
first place. Good on you, my friend.

Stupid? Well, I'd have to start that first. :P

"JC Der Koenig" wrote in message

Yes I could, but I won't.

Could you...uh... quit being so fat and stupid?

Don't hurt yourself, let me answer for you... No.

periodically to read and respond in my favorite newsgroup?

Sad, isn't it? Attacking entire groups of people because of one
individual. I hope this crap will stop soon.

Default quick meals for induction

Hi, John!

Everyone has great ideas (some that I hadn't thought of in a long time). My
brother got me to try Low Carb Success Flax Meal Cereal. They have several
different flavors; I've tried strawberries and cream and butter pecan so
far. Kind of pricey, but the package lasts me a loooong time. All you need
to do is boil water. I put in a little butter and a packet of Splenda.
Reminds me of oatmeal, but has only 12 carbs, 10 of which are fiber. It's
also good for keeping "things" regular. ;-)

Welcome and good luck!

Insulting people is a tough and tricky business.

I'm kind of curious about the whole insult thing. What's your reason for
that?

I believe you got this ball rolling. In my first response to your query, I
gave you the best advice I have. You decided you didn't like the advice and
became flippant. Why is that? Not that it matters. I think trading insults
is fun anyway.
