Default a good site to find calorie intake

I was wondering if anyone new of a good site that I could use to find out
how much calories I should be eating daily. Mostly I have been trying to eat
around 1200 calories daily. and so far my weight has stayed the same. Was
wondering if maybe I should raise my intake. I know that going lower then
1200 isn't good for you.
Any help would be greatful thanks

Are you exercising? Can you explain your numbers below 152.5/135/130/125?
Your current weight is 116 correct?

thats how much weight i have lost so far. 152.5 is start weight 135 is first
goal weight
130 is second goal weight
125 is current and was final goal weight but
now 116 is final goal weight.
i am exercising and am following weight watchers i have lost 30 lbs so far
on the program. but i want to track calories to make sure that i am eating
enough in a day because sometimes i know that i am not

forgot to mention that i am exercising 4 - 5 times a week i try and walk for
30 - 45 mins i do any where from 1 mile to two mile walks. using the walk
away thepounds series.
