is anyone here farmiliar with those Smoothie King places? do you know if their
"diet down" supplement actually does anything for you, or am i just paying an

Hi,

Do you know what their "diet down" supplement contains? From what I've
seen, many supplements at smoothie bars are made from or contain Green Tea
(extract). I've read positive, and negative things about Green Tea -
especially if you're a diabetic, or have high blood pressure. Find out what
the supplement contains first.

Best of luck,

Regards,

Mohammed

Just started looking at newsgroups, but we have found with carb blockers we
don't need to look so close at the diets. Just back off on the carbs and use
the blockers.
Take a look www.15dayslimdown.com it really will work.

I drink a lot of green tea because I am so impressed with it's virtues.
What have you read that is negative?
