Default Looking at my september schedule

I think a need a cave somewhere to hide in..

On the bright side, I spent the weekend turning our "put everything in there
that we don't want to deal with right now" room, into an efficient,
comfortable home office! So now it's enjoyable to be upstairs and do my
thing.

WOL-wise, I'm on track with the food, planning ahead, cooking.

I got a problem with Cardio again, I'm not improving, I'm regressing.. today
I had to stop after 20 minutes because I just couldn't do it anymore..

I don't know what to do about that, and with my 16 hours days, I don't have
that much time to figure it out.

Seems that when my weightlifting is going good, cardio goes down the drain.

It's always something..

Don't worry about one day of cardio that kicks your butt. Even when
we're doing exercise everyday there will be those days when it bites
us. I see the same thing when it comes to climbing hills on the bike.
There are days when even the smallest grade feels like I'm climbing a
mountain and other days I can breeze up them without any problems.

Why the 16 hour days? I thought my 10 hour workday was toughg

Cardio has been going sour on me for a while.. /

As for the 16 hours days.. I've got WW going, studying going, taking care of
a sick friend going and peparing to teach again going..

I'm sitting here, preparing meetings and eating lunch at the same time..
