Default POINTSmanager calculator.

I am trying to figure out which calculator to buy. They are all
discontinued (except the latest which only subs for slider) so you have
to go on Ebay.

I really want one but can't figure out why the cheaper one seems to do
more things. I know it is older but it tracks more I think. Has anyone
used either of them?

They both track points as well as compute points. The blue one also
tracks activity points as well as keeping track of weight change.

If you go to ebay...do a search for weight watchers points calculators
and you will see both of them.

I am NOT talking about the really old blue one that was just a very
small rectangle. This blue one is pear shaped and looks a little like a
cell phone.

One is called POINTSmanager and the other is called points calculator.
And both track the day's points. Both are discontinued so if you want
one be sure to look soon because this guy bought a couple of lots and
once he sells them they will be all gone.

I really hate writing evrything and I know this will help me a lot but
I want the right one Why do you think WW has stopped making these?

Default POINTSmanager calculator.

Because they weren't selling...

Buy the latest one before this small one.. the one that looks like a check
book. It computes and track food points, activity points, Good health
guidelines and flex points..

Will~

Shirley, thats the Australian WW calculator, the ones the others are talking
about seem to be the US versions.

How do you find the WW calc? Is it useful? I use the points slider I was
given (I'm a cheapskate!).

Default POINTSmanager calculator.

If it allows you to eat junk food as "treats", it is completely worthless.
Complete nonsense designed to generate perpetually fat people who continue
to pay membership fees to WW.

Default Bread Bowl Dip

I'm bringing this to a party tomorrow.

1 packet vegetable soup mix, (1 2/3 oz)
16 oz fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup carrot(s), finely grated
8 oz canned water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 whole grain bread, round

In a medium bowl, combine soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Stir in spinach, carrots and water chestnuts; chill.

To serve, hallow out a the loaf of bread, by cutting a circle in the center
of it. Cut up remaining bread into 1-inch cubes. Fill with dip. Yields about
1/4 cup of dip and 2 bread cubes per serving/3 pts.

I love the idea of the added water chestnuts because they are crunchy.
I'm going to try this one.
Thanks so much.

Default Bread Bowl Dip

I have some hummus that would go well with this idea of a bread bowl I bet.
Organic garbanzos (can)
tahini (about 2 T)
fresh lemon juice (2 T)
chopped celantro to taste
a little vegetable broth to correct consistency
smashed garlic to taste (I like 2 big cloves)
a tsp of coriander
a tsp of curry powder (or more)
a couple of tablespoons of sesame seed.
drain and rinse the garbanzos, smoosh everything together. Gets better over time.
