Just about missed it :O
Heh heh ..
It's been so stupidly crazy for me this week, that I actually did miss the first 10 lbs gone :O :O Realized earlier today, .. Hey .. I started out at 168 (@@) - rolling eyes. it may not seem like much to anyone else, but it is roughly 1/3 of the weight that I want to lose and with not having a lot to lose, my weight will drop slower. I need to refocus on my stomach, but that is where I have to be careful due to my back .. I am strengthening my lower back, but it's slow As you can see, I'm not doing a LOT of weight, I am definitely working my muscles tho - I get the shakes during my last set. I will prolly start doing crunches and trunk twists. But will talk with the trainer there first. Oh my! You are getting a lot of exercise. I've been swimming since the beginning of Sept and lifing since about the end of september to the middle of October. Blonde... What color is your hair the rest of the year? Brownish red. My hair is always changing colour :\ ... the damn blonde keeps coming back and drives me nuts. Ah well. Current pics of me and mine.
