Finally reached goal

I would love to take the challenge but know my body and it will take me
more than summer to lose ten pounds. It's a great idea.

I've been lifetime since 1974. I was at goal last year and then
after a fall trip to Peru, holidays and other excuses I put on 12
pounds. They are stuck like iron to my body so they are not just
dropping off easily. Currently I am hovering close to goal. My
biggest obstacles are temptations when we travel and dine out with
others. At home I have figured out how to stay on plan. I walk, use
a scale to weigh my portions, look up food points and eat very
healthy food. I love to cook. I don't want to frighten you but I
think maintenance is harder than when I need to lose weight.
