Default Why don't McDonalds and BK make low-fat fries?

Yesterday I cut a no-fat potato into fries-sized strips and baked them with no
fat, and they taste pretty good, although not perfectly like the Fast Food
fries but close enough that most people wouldn't complain. Can't Fast Food
chains offer costomers an option of getting 0-fat fries? Also, if they could
make sugar drinks with just enough low sugar such that the thermal energy your
body needs to heat it from 0C is enough to compensate for the calories from the
sugar? In fact, I'll soon send e-mails to fast food chains and companies who
make soft drinks about this.

Because a fry basket takes up less room in the store than a dozen
microwaves.
Because soft drink makers don't care about your health.

I order the apple snacks as a replacement for fries if I go there for
any reason. I also order the parfait, (100 cal) snack, water, and fish
sandwich if I am super hungry after the other stuff.

I like the parfait and the salads. If I'm super hungry I go somwhere else.
