Chocolate an Anti-Coagulant
Researchers from the John Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public
Health said that eating small amounts of dark chocolate on a daily basis would help to prevent blood from coagulating. Over the past 20 years, it has been scientifically known that chocolate reduced the chances of high tension and helped blood circulate easily.
