Default FAT FLUSH

I was interested in the title because I once went on a fruit and
vegetable diet with almost no meat, and lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks.
That obviously wasn't fat loss. I always thought the high fiber diet
flushed toxins from my body. After the fast 14 pound loss, I only lost
about 1 pound per month over the next year, eating fruits and
vegetables until I was sick of them.

The Fat Flush diet is much better than you lead us to believe. Sound
like you need to review the list of approved foods. Let me grab a
short list and stick it here. It is really great for PMS and hot
flashs.

You totally misunderstood what I said. Perhaps I did not express
myself clearly. My point was that I had an experience many years ago,
with a high fiber diet of fruits and vegetables, that caused sudden
weight loss of 14 pounds, and that caused me to pay attention, when I
heard of a diet called Fat Flush, because I know that it IS possible
to flush 14 pounds out of a 6 foot tall man in a few weeks- it
happened to me.
