I find i have the same problem, not eating all my points. Its hard
some days. I am up early an find i'm not really into breakfast but then around 10 i'm starving, so i have been eating more for breakfast then when the days done and i add all my points up i'm eating between 20-24pts. If i'm on the low side of my points then i will have a small snack at night. I don't like eating after dinner becasue i want out of that bad habit(night time eating) its a hard habit to break.Anyways hopefully you will see a difference in weight loss with eating all your points! let us know how you make out, i bet you'll do awsome!! |
