Default Thin men and prostate problems...

seem to go together. Of course prostate problems are common in older
man, but being thin rather than overweight seems to add to the
problem. I get this mental image of the prostate gland being squeezed
by muscle rather than fat. I'm not at all sure it's that simple, but
the relationship between thiness and prostate problems is real.
Prostate problems of course cause men to sleep poorly because they
have to keep getting up to go to the bathroom. This problem is
exacerbated by caffeine and drinking liquids before bedtime. I know
if I won a good night's sleep, I have to stop drinking altogether at
supper time. Actually, needing to get up to go to the bathroom or for
any other purpose for that matter has some good effects as well for
older folks because it is in good for them to lie still for an
extended period of time. They might get pooling of blood, which could
increase the likelihood of clots and strokes. Dkw
