Default Low-carb is killing me NOT!

I got my Labs today and I'm happy with the results.

HbA1c was 8.3 mg/dl, now 5.7 mg/dl
Total Cholesterol was 163, now 152
Triglycerides was 99, now 52
HDL was 38, now 43
LDL was 105, now 99 (Still needs work, but within normal limits anyway)
