Zinc and B vitamins
Read in FIRST magazine, December 24,2007 edition.
"Eating 4 oz. of red meat daily can ounteract cortisol's effects. The reason: Its zin and B vitamins help break down excess cortisol and ensure the hormone is made only when needed, sas UCLA experts". The article actually promotes Mark Hyman's book "Ultrametabolism: The simple plan for automatic weight loss". |
