Default 1st week on maintenance

Well after an Easter of more than usual amounts of food eaten und
alcohol drunk and more sport than normal the result of my first week
of maintenance is down 400g ( a bit less than a pound). Not too sure
if this counts as maintenance or not.

This week is back to normal so my first real test at maintaining not
losing. My clothing margin has grown.

I had a great NSV this week too. I went out on my motorbike, the
trousers I struggled with last year ( ie took the padding out and had
to leave the hip pocket zips open) are too big!!! There was room for
both my arms as well!! My husband was really amazed, pleased and
prowd, and that made my day.

I set my goal weight with my Doctor high because I tend to bounce back
up if I can't maintain a low weight, I usually get down to about 52 53
kg (115lbs). The decision was a sensible 130 lbs for about 6 months
before trying to go lower. I am now down to below this in the
mornings (128lbs) the numbers below are my offical WW WI in the
evening with clothes. I am concerned if I drop to much now I will
have trouble maintaining it and gain it all and more back again. This
is my biggest worry with all the weight loss so far. That and now the
thyroid problems to go with it.

try losing 1-2 more kilograms, then weight maintenance may be easier
psychologically. you don't overshoot your targtet weight this way.
Not a very big deal, but could be helpful to some.

Congrats on your transition.
