Problem with weight after starvation episode
I'm 24 years old male, and for the most part, I've never had weight
issues until this past year. About two years ago, I was dating a girl I met online. To say the least, being a college student, I was stupid and spent most of my money on her, and as a consequence, I ate very little during the entire period of time I was with her. I remember having only a dollar or two to buy a few pounds of bananas. Over the course of a 6-month relationship, I lost 50 pounds. Eventually my brain kicked in and I broke up with her, and resolved to start eating better. The problem is, I began to balloon in weight, rapidly. I regained the 50 pounds within a couple months, and another 50 pounds, making me 225 pounds now, and my weight gain shows no signs of abating. I've never dealt with weight problems, and I would like to know how I can reset the damage done to my metabolism when I was a freshman. I just want to go back to eating like I did before meeting the girl (which I basically AM already) and be back at my former weight (which I am not). Any advice? |

Dont really understands your story mate. But if you want to lose that extra pounds that you have put on after ditching her. I advice you to patch up with her again and do the same things with which you lose your weight first. click here

LOL.. That's very funny Mike. I would suggest that he should invest his extra money on some hobbies like playing sports or any thing that will help him exercise his body. |

Well yeah i got your problem, firstly do not take much stress stay calm its something easy to deal with. All you need to do is control your diet and workout. Eat only fruits and vegetables most of the times. Avoid junk food and fast food. Walk at least 1 hour a day.It will work Personal trainer Marketing Last edited by Arthor : February 2nd, 2013 at 04:13 PM. |

But you basically starved yourself and your body went into panic mode and started holding on to every calorie it could. This is why you're putting weight on now. You need to keep eating a balanced diet but cut down a little bit, don't do anything too drastic just maybe cut out some sugar and fat. And do a little more exercise. You don't want a short term solution, you need a long term plan. Good luck. |
