Default WI frustration

Aw - how irritating for you - I do feel for you. Still, I suppose (small
comfort) it's better than gaining, so here's hoping that next week does it
for you.......good luck with the special dinners, I know how challenging
they can be

Well I really thought I would achieve my 10% today. I only missed it
by 200g last week, but no it wasn't to be, I stayed the same :-(
I was really well on program too. After a big dinner party on Saturday
night where I did well on choices and portion control I banked the
excess points for the next few days. This week will be difficult,
with my MIL 70th birthday on Thursday and mine on Friday. 2 special
dinners. Good thing is with the MIL visiting we are doing quite a lot
of walking. I hope to stay the same for the next week all things
considered.

A maintain is better than a gain any day! Good luck next week. Get in lots
of exercise and water and enjoy your week!
