Great job PR.

My current weight: 173.8 lbs
Weight change since my last recorded weight: -1.4 lbs
Total weight change to date: -58.2 lbs

Reached my mini-goal to weigh less than 175. My next mini-goal is to
weigh 172 for 60 lbs lost overall. What seemed impossible back in
February when I started is now less than 2 lbs away!

I've also crossed over the line to my new daily points target. I might
be using the Online meal planner tool this week to help me see where I
can drop 2 points. The upcoming week will give me a good opportunity
to remember that practice makes permanent, because I surely won't be
practicing perfection anytime soon when it comes to adjusting to the
lower points.

Last weekend when my daughter visited me, we cleaned out the basement,
hauling stuff up and out. We worked for six hours straight through,
and I was amazed to discover that I had the energy and strength to
work hard all day. The next day, though, I realized I'd strained a
muscle in my back. So other than attending a beginning Pilates class,
I stayed away from the gym this week and my usual exercise regimen. My
back is almost better now so I expect to return to weight training
next week.

Went shopping on Thursday night for new jeans. When I started WW, I
wore size 22W(omens). In June, I surprised myself when 18P(etite) fit
just right. On Thursday, after trying on size 16, then 14, I settled
on size 12 as the ones that fit. When I wore them to work yesterday,
one woman came up to me and asked, "OK, is it your hair or your
glasses, or did you just get skinny? You look SO different!" I told
her the truth: I've changed my hair a little, I recently bought some
funky new glasses, and although I'm hardly skinny, I've lost almost 60
lbs!

If I say that often enough, maybe I'll believe it myself.
