I love imitation crab meat! This is one of my favorite snacks. I like it
so well, I just eat it straight from the package.

It's kind of like your salad, but I like to mix it with a little
low-fat mayo and some seasonings, then put it in a pita pocket with a
couple of tomato slices and some lettuce.

Do you mean those ocean sticks, as they call them? You could use them
in a stir-fry, perhaps, with some vegetables and a little Chinese sauce
of your choice (with rice if you eat rice, or by itself if you don't).

Is this another of those "we have different names for the same thing" g

When you say ocean sticks the first thing that comes to mind is "fish
sticks". These would be breaded fish shaped into stick shape.

Beverly, perhaps you didn't know the fish are different over here.
They have five fingers on each hand, and they cut them off and cover
them in breadcrumbs vbg

Wow! I wish ours had fingers. Maybe then they could remove the hook from
their mouth and I wouldn't have to do it when throwing back a fish that's
not suitable for keepingG
