Default Food & Exercise -- 1/20/2007 (yesterday)

After my usual morning hip-hop class, spent the afternoon at home. In
the evening I went to a splurge event -- a wine club pot-luck sort of
thing where everyone brought a bottle of wine and a dish -- in this
case all Eastern European. Though it was a planned splurge, I ate
rather more than I would have wished. This was partly because I drank
a lot and needed food to offset the alcohol -- not really a very good
reason :-). And we have another splurge tonight -- raclette party at
a friend's.

Food:

*8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 11:45 (driving home from gym): energy bar
* 1:15 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup;
mini dark chocolate truffle
* 3:45 (home): 1 oz. peanuts
* 7:00 -- 10:00 (wine party): 18 oz. wine; 3 spanakopita; 2 dolmades;
1 oz. cheese; several olives and pieces of hearts of palm; 3 oz.
kielbasa; 3 small steamed meat buns; a few bites each of a couple of
different casseroles; 4 cookies; 1 sweet roll

Totals: 2818 calories (346 from alcohol), 119g fat (38%), 218g carbs
(31%), 134g protein (19%)

Averages for the week: 1725 calories, 28% fat, 33% carbs, 29% protein

Exercise:

10:00 -- 1 hour hip-hop cardio class
