Default NYNY - Lynn

Good Morning!

I am down 2 lbs from 149.5 to 147.5. I have been reallllllly stressed at
work the last week or so, just overwhelmed with work. As a result, I was
dropping weight last week like crazy. In fact, I was 149.5 on Monday and by
Saturday I was 146, mind you my goal was 150 (I'm 5'10"). Anyway, this
worried me losing so fast so I ate like crazy on Sunday, let things settle
out on Monday from Sunday's binge and today I am 147.5.

What a week!

Great loss, Lynn... sounds like you HAVE had quite a week. I know that
stressy work environment all too well. June/July/August/Sept is usually my
boring season. Of course October kicks it up in high gear. It won't slow
down again until next June. *sigh*

Congrats on losing 2 lbs...not so sure that you did it in the best way
possible but you did it. Hopefully this week will be less stressful and
