I'm just fine at math. How about going without sweetener? You really
don't need everything to taste like the candy and sodas that made you
fat in the first place.

Nice blanket assumption, but that wasn't what made me fat.
Switching from a lifetime habit of eating fairly close to low-carb
with no weight problem, to a doctor-recommended low-fat diet for
familial high cholesterol sent my appetite out of control and made
me fat (and made my blood lipids far worse). That along with
severing a knee ligament which limited my forms of activity,
and my insurance declined repair because I can walk (but not
run, jump, or turn quickly without falling down).

My primary use for sweetener is in my decaf and in Diet Rite. As it's
non-caloric and the sucralose is only milligrams per serving, I see
no problem with that.

If you have an imagined moral problem with using sweetener in items
that most people drink or eat sweetened, feel free to kiss my
at-goal-weight-for-five-plus-years ass.

Good response, Jamie. Self-righteous asshats are so annoying.

Hey..I'm not the one posting how great it is to spend $60 on 4 oz of
sweetener. From what I hear, crack is cheaper than that.

Thank you.

For me, I don't like to drink water, but I like Kool-Aid. I can drink a
gallon a day, which means two cups of sugar. It's good to drink plenty of
water, especially when you're reducing your carb intake. Having Kool-Aid
around will encourage me to drink more water.
