Default Want to start liquid/bars diet

I live in Los Angeles. Are there any stores I can buy different liquid
diet/bars products so I can find out which are the most palatable to me?

Thanks

Fuhgeddaboudit. Start a life-long exercise program combined with eating
right.

I'm one of the newsgroup's biggest proponents and best
advertisements for using meal replacements to effectively
and safely lose weight and keep it off long term. Having
said that, I think the approach you seem to be taking is
ill-advised. Meal replacements can be a very effective
tool, but are only safe and effective as the entirety of a
diet as part of a comprehensive medically-supervised
program, complete with weekly blood tests, bimonthly EKGs,
etc. Otherwise, it is about as safe as performing your own
liposuction. (Okay, maybe it isn't that dangerous, but it
is rather dangerous.)

So I recommend you take a step back, outline what you're
really trying to achieve, outline what your capabilities and
limitations are, and then let the great folks in this
newsgroup each try to sell you on their favorite HEALTHY
approach to losing weight and keeping it off.
