Default diet scams

I paid and tried the Diets For Idiots/Idiot proof diet with my
girlfriend.
After paying the fee you have access to a menu generator the gives you
a 11 day plan with 3 cheat days at the end. Both my girlfriend and I
followed the rules EXACTLY. After 14 days I had lost 5kg (11 lbs) and
she had lost 2kg (4.5 lbs).

Reasonably impressive. So we rolled into the second 14 day cycle after
taking our cheat days. Again for 14 days we did EXACTLY as the diet
recommended and did not deviate or miss a single walk. Losses this
time were 2kg (4.5 lbs) and 0 kg (0 lbs) for her. The third cycle on
the diet we both lost nothing.

Conclusion: The initial fast weight loss is due to loss of fluid when
going onto a high protein diet. Any one who has tried the Atkins diet
will be familiar with this phenomenon. As soon as you go back to normal
eating i.e. having some carbohydrates ALL weight will return in days.
I also found out that because you cannot contact the people who bring
you this diet you can't take them to task on this deception.

In addition I also found out that a number of the articles posted in
forums on the internet are fake. These are not messages from real
dieters but actually adds posted there by the company to entice people
to try the diet. Some are obvious to spot using he same "catch
phrases" you will find on the home web page or on other sites which
sell the plan.

This isn't real weight loss but temporary dehydration that causes you
to weight less. So be careful and don't get fooled.

Conclusion: you lost about 16lbs and she lost almost 5lbs in 42 days
and then you gave up and went back to your old eating habits? I would
say YOU failed the diet, it didnt fail you.
