I didn't quite hit my target for the challenge, I'm about 2.2lb

away.
I
started at 214.2 and was aiming for 199.8 and got to 202.0 so I'm

pretty
happy. Considering my marriage almost broke up and I almost had an

affair
during the challenge, I think I've done well to lose as much as I

have.
In
the past something like that would have had me face down in the

biscuit
tin
(cookie jar) but I managed to get though it with just an occasional
over-indulgence rather than a total lack of self control - ahuge
improvement
in my opinion.

Thanks Erin, I have always used food as an emotional crutch, Still do to a
degree, but now I can stop sooner - a huge improvement.

Good for you for not giving into temptation Jane. I still reach for
the food in times of stress unfortunately, so it's great to know
that's others have been able to break that habit. I hope life is less
stressful for you now.
