Default congrats and update

Once again I am overwhelmed with posts. Just wanted to say congrats to all
those who lost this past week and for those who did not or gained hang in
there. I passed my Army weigh in and fitness test. I did blow this week this
though. I was up for about 24 hours on Friday since I worked 3 rd shift
Thursday and that really ate into my flex points and then Saturday after the
fitness test I was trying to get some things done for my section and did not
have much choice for low point food. I go out of town for my reserve drills
and don't know the area all that well. I am trying to salvage what is left
of the week before weigh in on Wed.

Congratulations, Kristine, on passing the weigh in & fitness test! Hopefully,
the WW weigh in will be OK, but even if it isn't, you know how to get it off
again. Wish you luck.

Congrats on passing your weigh in and fitness test. I look forward to
the time when I would be in good enough shape to do the same.
