Dont believe all the crap/hype/lies you read on the web ...
"Before approving these sweeteners, the FDA reviewed more than 100
safety studies that were conducted on each sweetener, including studies
to assess cancer risk. The results of these studies showed NO evidence
that these sweeteners cause cancer OR pose any other threat to human
health."

Chlorine toxic? better not drink your tap water then!

You're attacking the source rather than considering the data.

"Before approving these sweeteners, the FDA reviewed more than 100
safety studies that were conducted on each sweetener, including studies
to assess cancer risk. The results of these studies showed NO evidence
that these sweeteners cause cancer OR pose any other threat to human
health."

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

Actually, you'd probably be best off following that advice. California
Health Department investigators found that women who drank 5 glasses of
chlorinated tap water a day had a 16% higher chance of miscarriage. There
have been other scientific studies in Canada and Norway that show
increased risk of birth defects and stillbirths correlating to
chlorinated water consumption.

On the one hand anyone who makes a blanket claim that artificial
sweeteners are the enemy is playing a mind game of exaggeration.

On the other hand anyone who makes a blanket claim that artifical
sweeteners are harmless and the salvation of dieters is playing a
mind game of exaggeration.

Some people have problems with specific AS and should avoid
those specific ones completely.

Some people have blood sugar swings from any AS and should
avoid them most of the time.

Some people have a sweet tooth that helped them get fat in the
first place and need to practice care with sweets natural or
artificial.

Some people don't have a problem with them.

You have to figure it out for yourself because everyone is different.
