Default Pedometer Reading for Wednesday 6/23 (10-Day Challenge)

My pedometer reading for yesterday (personal goal of 12,000+ steps):

16,013

For those counting their steps, if you want to add your results, just respond to this
thread. If today is your first day counting steps, I'll add an extra day so we can do
10 days together.

Oops, I already put mine in another thread. My reading for today
(Thursday) (can't work out the time differences):

16,530

As I said in the other thread, I don't expect this tomorrow as I'll be
tied to an office all day.

Wow, everybody did great on their goals and getting in extra activity. That's what
it's all about -- just doing a little more. Progress, not perfection!
