I don't know if you also follow my practice as regards eating. Having
reached my target weight, I have stopped counting calories for every meal.
In order not to get carried away by nibbling and snacking, I decided not to
eat anything between meals. This, however, results in my feeling a little
peckish, especially in the afternoon. At most, I may have either a banana
or a carrot. I also drink lots of water.

What's your practice in this regard?

Finally, I would like to wish Merry Christmas and a joyful New Year to
everyone.

I try to eat something every 3-4 hours. I don't always manage to do
so, but I think it's the best thing for keeping your metabolism
humming along.

Me, too. Six equal calorie meals a day. Late night I missed a meal
(movies); got ravenous, and wolfed down a snickers bar. Six small
meals should keep your blood sugar relativily level during the day.
