Default Bulking Phases

I just like to keep it simple.

Extra calories
Plenty of protein/complex carbs/omega 3/6/9 fats. (of course i have a
fixed amount of how much of what i eat)

creatine before workout
Intense workout
Protein shake post-workout

Eat more.. and more.

Protein shake with milk.
Go to bed and sleep for 8 hours.
Wake up... repeat.

usually around 3500-3800 calories a day 200g+
protein/350-400carb/70-90gfat

I have been on my cycle for about 1month 10 days and have gone from
180 to 195. (5-7ish lbs is most likely retained water and fat). But
definate muscle gains noticed.

I find that alot of people who make good gains are the ones who go by
the basics more, rather than supplement hype ect.

As far as supplements go for me ... Protein
powder/Creatine/Multivitamin.
train hard, eat harder. pss nutrition makes you grow
