Core foods list
Please can someone post a full list of the core foods on the new plan they
have over in the US. I'm a member in the UK and am interested to find out about the new plan but it isn't available from WW here. Thanks in advance. Karen PS Most of you probably don't remember me but I got this newsgroup started back in 1999! |

There are too many foods to list individually but in general the Core Foods
a fruits and vegetables, high fiber cereals, whole wheat pasta, potatoes, oatmeal, lean cuts of meat, healthy oils, and FF milk products. No bread and the carbs are limited to only one of your meals for the day. Any bread, snacks, certain cuts of meat, etc. are suppose to be deducted from your allotted 35 points. Hope this helps. Thanks Kris
I wonder if they'll do something like this in the UK & if so whether we'd get 35 'free' points or less considering our points formula is based on 70 not 50 calories. Does anyone know if the list is published on the web anywhere? Karen "Kris" wrote in message t... Dixie,
Thank you so much. Your link took me to just what I needed. Someone from the US WW board has emailed me the full list but it's pages and pages long and lists loads of brand names that don't mean much to me here in the UK.
