Preventing stomach damage
Hello,
My problem is as follows: I cannot resist following any kind of diet... The only way I can loose weight is by eating _very_ little. Yet still, by eating very little (only a few bites of food per day) I heard that I can easily damage my stomach. So, what should I do in order to cause minimal damage to my stomach? For example, I heard it would be a good idea to drink more water... Do you know anything else that could help me? Thanks! |
