Kashi Good Friends - reformulated - now higher points!!!

I have been on WW for over a year now, and have had great success partially
due to my daily one point breakfasts of 3/4 cup of Kashi Good Friends
cereal. Well, I just came back from the store and am devastated to find out
that they have reformulated the cereal. It is now 170 calories for 1 cup vs.
the old 90 for 3/4 cup.

I called Kashi and spoke to customer relations and was told this change was
due to a culmination of research on the product. They are tracking feedback
though, so if anyone was hooked on this cereal as I was, PLEASE call them at
858-274-8870 to express your concern. Maybe, as a mass effort, we can bring
back the old formula.

Hi, Sharon, Why did they change the cereal? It was perfect the way it was!
I have some on my shelf and it is the 3/4 cup for 1 point.

If you recall Kashi was bought out by I think Betty Crocker. I would
be amazed if they did anything because of "research." My bet is they
"downgraded" cause it is easier! Being bought out is not always good
for a product
