The day is just starting... but after a bad day yesterday (not too bad food
wise, but just a bad day in general) I am NOT letting it get me down... So THERE! I'm on track now.. 1st thing in, coffee smoothie, it's core... 1 milk in, water on the table, I'm off to get my vitamin... I am NOT letting myself be discouraged.. no matter what anyone says... The only thing to do when I'm not happy with myself, is to change what makes me unhappy right? So there.. I'm good at this, I've done it before, I've maintained for 4 years.. this pesky 10 lbs ain't gonna get the best of me! Will~ On track.. now.. |

good attitude, have been having a rough time because of being busy at work,
tonight the treat is the Bill cosby concert, Lee Willow Herself wrote in message . net... Do you have a recipe for the coffee smoothie? Just wondered. We just bought a smoothie maker. Its very much like a blender but the base of it is bigger, so it purees the frozen strawberries I like much better and has a nozzle to dispense the beverage into a glass. I just put a smoothis (ww smoothie) in with about 2 cups of coffee in a

I make it hot... if you want it icy, you can put in crushed ice!
