Default getting back on track

Hello All,
I haven't posted in a while and I haven't been losing in a while either. On Monday I am going to start back to going to meetings. I haven't been to a weigh in for about a month. My schedule at work is changing and I am going to dayshift. While I don't like working with all the people, I will have a 45 min lunch so I can sit down and enjoy my lunch. I will also be able to exercise after work on a more consistent basis. Plus I will be able to eat dinner at a reasonable hour. While working 3rd shift I often slept until 45 mins before I was supposed to be at work so with getting ready that did not leave very much time to fix something for work (leaving me at the mercy of the cafeteria) or fix something for dinner (candy for dinner is not that good). Well thought I would get back into the posting mode again.
