Default This is the BEST group for fitness/diet information

Hi all. I haven't abandoned my new friends - I have been busy enjoying
my grandkids this week, who are full of pep. We are having great fun,
at the beach and doing different things in the city. I have been
reading the posted diet tips though, and really find some of them
interesting. I'll be back next week to continue conversation.

Last night, my daughter and I worked out (it was slow going for me but
I did it pretty much) to a video produced in Calgary called Ripped.
It's supposed to be a great workout, done three times a week. I
couldn't keep up, but hopefully in a couple of weeks, I'll be better at
it.

Take care.

Bev

Enjoy the visit with the grandkids!

I think you'll find the exercise gets easier as you go along. I can
remember the day when I thought 5 miles on the bike was quite a lot.
Now it's just a warm upg You'll be breezing through those videos and
looking for tougher ones soon.
