Am I corerect here?

On a CKD one does lowcarb during yhe week with appropriate exercise. During
the weekend, one eats carbs and works out
for muscle gain. Correct? If so, what are the limitations
of the weekend eating?

Thanks

Limit fructose, limit fat, limit total calories (but not too much). Optimum
is very low fat for a day. You need to play with the calorie levels to see
how much you can take in to carb up but not put fat back on.
