Well first of all people do not have patience to keep continue at least for three months. They give up before three months and hence lost the rhythm and the work which they have done earlier.

So my advice is keep doing it and do not expect miracle in one or two months. You will be able to see the effect after at least three months. Strict to your plan and should be surrounded with the positive frame kind of people.

This is the normal case that people stop doing their daily weight loss program because they are surrounded with negative frame kind of people. This is just like an operation and you will have to achieve it.
