I still have a long way to go and sometimes I still get a little worried that I will fail once again, but I try my hardest to shake those thoughts and just focus on getting through one day at a time. Eating smaller meals throughout the day has worked for many of us. It has certainly worked for me. Don't worry about past failures and just concentrate on your success this time. It's helped a lot so far. Keeps me from overeating.
