Default WW foods....

Question....
Do any of you use WW foods...of any sort...and what? I mean... biscuits,
cakes, soupes, tuna... I don't know...
Let me know.... I've ssen points are written on all of it, and it seems an
easy way not go go over....(where as calculating points in ordinary biscuits
and stuff gets a bit complicated sometimes...)
Here I can't get a lot, but I was thinking of buying some in England....do
you think it's worth it?
Thanks a lot....

Today I've had:
4 Breakfast
Milk (can't live without....)
and half of an empty croissant (any idea how many points that could be?)

Break
Milk.... (told you...I'm worse that a baby...)

Lunch
Tuna and tomato sandwitch + an apple

p.s. And thank you all for the support

Milk is VERY good for you - and even WHOLE milk is only 4% fat! If
you want to cut your cholesterol and hard fat intake, switching to semi
skimmed or skimmed milk is an easy option.

I use some WW biscuits and cakes, but not many. Very occasionally I'll
have a WW ready meal, but I usually find them tiny and not very
satisfying. I'd rather cook!

I find the Go Ahead range from McVities is nicer and just as low point:
all the info is on the packs, and easy to calculate. They are also a
LOT cheaper! I prefer Muller Light yoghurts to the WW ones - and again,
much less expensive!

Mostly I'm a cook It Yourself person when it comes to food: I use the WW
electronic points calculator to make pointing easy. It was expensive,
but well worth the outlay. I have the luxury of working from home, so I
spend what would otherwise be commuting time cooking!

I eat the frozen meals regularly for lunches - mixed with a cup or two of
frozen vegetables. I've tried a variety of their foods but don't use them
on a regular basis.

I usually have a box of the chocolate shake mix and some 2 pt. bars on
hand but I prefer other alternatives to the WW foods.

WW carrot cake is pretty good. One point. Small little piece. BJs
wholesale club has them.

Also tried the WW Blueberry muffins (3 pts) not bad.

I like a number of their snacks(ice cream cones and curly crispy
something's...Most is greatly overpriced but it seems to do the
trick...There are so many items you can create yourself with everyday items
from the store...GG
