Carb Addiction -----

convicted friend Guy wrote: Addiction is a very poor word. It implies that the person cannot solve a problem. In so many cases that is proven to be untrue. We condition ourselves to avoid self restraint and our rich society allows the use of this excuse. I watched a late teenager that made a lotof the excuses but she met a fellow ahe wanted very badly. Almost immediately she started to trim weight and ended up very trim for at least the next 20 years. Oh yes, she got her fellow. Mother nature is indifferent toward us. We are dropped here in a "As is" mode. We can gve up or we can set standard for our selves. We have a lot of potential control over our self image. Part of our world of people will show no mercy. Our busnesses are there to sell. Tat is no secret. It is damn time we face the world or it will "eat us up. A human will bypass indulgence but many lower animals use no contreol. Grab it. Decide what you are. I already know I am an animal, and know I am driven by my biology just like animals are. Actually, the irrational compulsion to overeat is absent in non-human working animals. Guide dogs for the blind are able to choose to ignore food no matter how hungry they are when there is work to be done so that it is not time to eat. Moreover, when they choose to eat, they know that overeating (eating until their stomachs are stretched thereby killing their hunger) impairs their ability to work so they choose to stop eating before they kill their hunger. Similarly, other working animals are the same. It is the human working animals that has the irrational compulsion to eat in both at inappropriate times and excessively. This truly comes from the world's great lie about hunger being bad that has become deeply rooted in our hearts: http://HeartMDPhD.com/PressRelease May reading the following help you overcome this great lie so that you will at least be convinced in your mind (while waiting for your heart to become convinced) that hunger is wonderful: http://abchung.livejournal.com/5428....d=36660#t36660 May GOD bless you in HIS mighty way making you healthier (hungrier) than ever: http://TheWellnessFoundation.com/PressRelease Prayerfully in Jesus' awesome love, Andrew -- Andrew B.
