I've been eating less in the hot weather. I have a one or two point
bagel with 2 teaspoons of fruit spread from Trader Joe's, a small bowl
of mixed fresh fruit and a cup of lemon lift tea with one sweet and low.

The current fruit bowl has some slices of fresh fig, peach and plum,
strawberries and blackberries.

Lately my favorite breakfast is:

toasted english muffin with 1 tsp olive oil
then a slice of Happy Cow cheese spread over that then
spreadable fruit over that (oil, cheese and fruit are split between
the two muffin halves)
add a glass of milk for a total of 6 points or WW yogurt for 5 points

One of the following three things:

Cottage cheese topped with 2 poached eggs: 376 calories

Cottage cheese topped with 5 chicken-nugget like things I get from the
convenience sto 416 calories

Oatmeal: 216 calories

I try to do the oatmeal thing as much as possible, but one of the cottage
cheese plates is more satisfying. On those days I am just more careful the
rest of the day.

It's a good idea to start your day with something filling and satisfying.

Any one of the following:

Wheetabix and banana, with milk
Banana sandwich
Porridge with milk
Shredded wheat with banana/dried fruit and milk
Banana smoothie
Cornflakes with milk

Breakfast is usually about 3-4 of my 18 points.

During the work week I try to have a bowl of Special K and an English Muffin
(Thomas' light one point) with spray butter and sugar free smuckers Jam.

On days like today when it was raining and I had a hard time getting out of
bed I will have a bowl of instant oatmeal when I get to work.

On the weekends it varies. After a Saturday monring workout at the gym my
wife may make egg beaters, with english muffins. Or maybe a smoothie with
an english muffin.

When I have the time in the mornings I do something just a little
different. I'm not a big eater in the morning and usually don't use a
lot of points for lunch with a large vegetable salad, so I will eat my
form of a breakfast burrito. I have a taco sized low-fat flour
tortilla, scramble some egg substitute, add a chunked boca burger, and
top with chucky salsa. Some days I can even get away with a little
sprinkle cheese.

it.
