Those are my fave, too. I make a sandwich with cream cheese, blueberries
and a sprinking of Splenda. Mmmmm. Spread half and fold it over. Or put in
a couple of slices of cheese and some sliced onion and nuke till the cheese
is melted. Or spread with peanut or almond butter.

| I think they are 4 net grams per large size. They taste excellent,
| just like a regular wrap. For a pizza crust, I blind bake them in
| the oven until they just barely start to brown. Then top like a
| regular pizza a return to the oven of a few more minutes. You can
| also cut them up and lightly bake to make chips/crackers. Or just let
| them dry out. They go great with cheese.
|
| But for the OP, from your 2nd sample menu, it sounds like you're doing
| more of a reduced carb approach. In that case, there are many low
| carb breads or tortillas available. Peppridge Farms makes LC bread,
| Mission and other LC tortillas. Those won't be as LC as the Damascus
| product, but are fine for reduced carb or those with a higher carb
| budget, used less extensively, etc.
