I opted for a bacon & cheddar omelet, which had 3 or so net carbs.

I couldn't help eating out - my friends were getting together.

Their burgers had like 9 net carbs, too, it was ridiculous. Must be the tomato
& onion, as someone on here suggested.

eggs, peppers, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes all have carbs. the
problem isn't with denny's, it's your ignorance.
