Default pregnancy?

Hi there
ABout 2 yeard ago i did WW and it worked but i found it not as nice as at
the beginning so i moved (while in a plateau) to ATkins, it also worked
fine.......... then, I got married and the whole thing is now los =(

I have all those kilos back, well, almost...... 4 more and im like at the
beginning and i feel sooooo bad.

So, since today im back on WW but a bit lost about which program to
follow...... and besides. perhaps I'm pregnant .... what do u guys
recommend me to go for?
How many points a day , etc. I dont think im going back to the meetings.
Im mexican and i live inThe Netherlands. I do speak dutch but well, I dont
have a "click" with all whats going on the meetings. So i'll do it at
home....

I would love to read suggestions ......

Carol

Welcome aboard. I would suggest that you go to a few meetings to get the
printed materials plus have the available programs explained to you. Then
you can decide which program works best for you. If you are indeed pregnant
then the nocount program modified to your doctors specs would be best.
