Thanks, Carol Ann. It was a fabulous weekend. I have a wee bit of
water weight to get rid of, but that's okay, it should come right off.
It was worth it, though.

My husband took me to Morton's steakhouse on Friday, which was
actually on-plan except for the Godiva molten lava cake :-9

Saturday, though, all bets were off for my party. And sunday we
ordered pizza to quell the hangover....

Anyway, enough of a list of my "bad foods." Today it's veggies and
meat, all the way!

months ago... then chemo and she is doing great now. It can be very
