Atkins syrup
Just bought some tonight...in a word... yummmmmmm.
Had gum surgery today and can't eat solids yet, try this without meat... lol. Went home, got a bowl of cottage cheese, poured syrup on top...now some of you are thinking......oh yuck.. but it was absolutely delicious... Now what else can I eat till my stitches heal....??

Chicken or beef broths Fauxtatoes Low carb soups you make yourself and perhaps *very tender* meats made in a slow cooker so they are not too tough to chew. Canned tuna or salmon with mayo scrambled eggs

Atkins syrup
Eggs poached in broth/boullion perhaps with a bit of dried onion bits tossed
in. Can be done in the microwave.
