Atkins Bake Mix Pacakes

I tried to post this yesterday but didn't see it come through so will
try again/ I am looking for the old receipe for Atkins pancakes made
with the bake mix. This is the one with the setzer water not the one
with the soy milk if anyone can help please email me at the above tia

1/2 cup Atkins diet Bake mix
2 eggs
1 TBSP. heavy cream
1/3 cup seltzer
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 individual packet. of sweetener
3-4 TBSP. oil for frying

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl and beat until smooth. Heat
one tbsp. oil in a medium skillet until hot but not smoking. Pour batter
onto skillet by the spoonful and cook until golden brown. approx. 30
seconds. turn and cook for an additional 30 sec. makes approx 18 pancakes
Total carbs 7.3 (per pancake 0.41)
