May I suggest that you use your brain to your advantage once in a

actually works! Mine does. Beggars can not be choosy.

Ergo, YOU own the problem. :-)

I am heading out to the gym, now, to do some more body building and
some absolutely thrilling exercise on the tread mill.

Wow! Do you think it will help your teeth grow back, Gohde-boy...?

I wonder if his "testicle shrinkage" is reversable?

Yup, 33 inch waist on a 6'1" frame with 9-10% body fat. Some of my
running events are 5-22 hours but your right, I'm a ton of fun at
172 and 58 YO.

You people should be exterminated as unnecessary surplus, ... pun

I would assume you are listed in Quackwatch. Oh wait they only list
crazies that have at least mastered grammar school. Somehow you
verify that the mind is a terrible thing to waste but post on John,
you add great toilet humor.

Default Glucosamine -- 3 week results

"Troy" wrote in message ...
I have been using glucosamine for two years to assist with a tendon problem
in my wrist. As a consequence, the cracking noises that once came from most
of my joints (years of abuse playing football.........) has disappeared.
While my knees still suffer after running, changing my running style and
cross-training has enabled me to continue running 3 times per week. The
glucosamine has definitely helped me, but I doubt that it cures the problem.
It does make it more manageable, which can give you a false sense of
security, but as long as my body will cope I will keep running.

Troy

Try to add 6-7 grams of vitamin C a day. it will help to cure the
inflammation and will boost up the collagen production in the joints
(and in the whole body )

The acidic level you will be submitting your body to will probably increase
your inflammation also.
