The idea that some "new and healthy" offering can entice people trying to
better their health by dieting into a FAST FOOD joint, is quite ironic.

I got the new "low-carb" burger at Backyard Burgers last weekend.
Nothing very complex, really; just their charcoal-broiled burger with
a tomato slice and red onion, wrapped in leaf lettuce instead of a
bun. It's in a dish with a fork -- you can't really eat it like a
sandwich.

Still, it was pretty yummy.

Unfortunately, as a sober alcoholic, he will never be able to know the
joys of such esoteric beverages!

Lettuce wraps are great! I had some type of lettuce wrap from PF
Changs a while back and it gave me the idea to try it at home.

Anyone who would like to try this should purchase some crispy iceberg
lettuce. Remove the first layer or two as it normally is in bad shape
from handling and when you remove an entire layer you can tear it down
the middle. Baked chicken with veggies tastes fantastic in it and I
find the rolled up crunch of the lettuce to be more enjoyable than
some boring bread.

If you want to actually get some nutrition, try using Romaine leaves.
Iceberg is pretty much useless as far as any nutrition goes. Romaine leaves
are nice and crunchy, have much more taste, and has potassium and vitamin A.
The darker the lettuce, the better for you. I like tuna salad rolled up in
romaine leaves.

As a matter of fact, it is. I just looked it up.
